Who we are Bruncsoft is a brand, not a company. Bruncsoft is a trademark and trading name used by Viktor Brunclík; it is not an incorporated company, and nothing on this site should be read as implying otherwise. Where these Terms say Bruncsoft, they mean that work and the person behind it. 2. Services Bruncsoft provides custom software development, AI integration, security work, hosting, maintenance, 3D printing, software repair, and related services. Everything is delivered on a custom, project-by-project basis as agreed in writing. Alongside client work we run products of our own: Security & Deepfake Defence (bespoke), Bruncsoft Automation , BruncForm (the Loop and Empathy products, bespoke), and Bruncpedia (private beta). We also publish free and open-source tools. The clauses below say what each of those means in practice. Hosting & Maintenance is available as a monthly subscription, for projects built by us and for externally built products alike. The subscription includes WordPress access for self-managed content edits and on-request changes performed by Bruncsoft. Advertising campaigns may be included by separate agreement. These features are not available without an active subscription. Software repair: we offer a free initial diagnostic for software that misbehaves — on a computer, phone, tablet or server, and in websites or applications you already run, including software built by somebody else. If a repair is needed, the price is agreed individually before any work begins. The free diagnostic covers assessment only; nothing is repaired without prior agreement on price and scope. 3. Acceptable Use Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. We strictly refuse to develop, host, or support any projects related to: Any illegal activity Illegal weapons or unregulated firearms Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances Tobacco or nicotine products (without proper licensing) Alcohol products (without proper licensing) Pornography or adult-only content Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices Gambling (without proper licensing) Violations result in immediate termination of services without refund. 4. Payments Payment terms are agreed individually per project. Hosting and maintenance are billed monthly as a subscription. Prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. WordPress self-editing, changes by Bruncsoft, and ad campaigns are only available under an active subscription. 5. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work. Bruncsoft retains no rights to the deliverable unless expressly agreed in writing. Open-source components keep their own licences, which we name in the handover. 6. Bruncsoft Automation Bruncsoft Automation is a service for custom implementation and AI-powered automation of business processes, deployed on client infrastructure or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS). Scope, pricing, and delivery terms are agreed individually per engagement. The client is responsible for ensuring that any automated processes comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 7. Security & Deepfake Defence This is bespoke consulting and engineering work: we review how a company grants trust (payments, hiring, access), design and build verification controls, train staff, and write an incident plan. Scope and price are agreed per engagement. What we do not promise. No control we design or build can guarantee that fraud will not occur, and we say plainly on our Security page that deepfake detection tooling is unreliable on its own. Our work reduces exposure; it does not remove it, and it is not insurance. We are not a law firm, an auditor, or a certification body — anything we produce is practical engineering and training, not legal advice or a compliance attestation. Simulated phishing or impersonation drills are only ever run with the client's written consent and within an agreed scope. 8. BruncForm (Loop and Empathy) BruncForm is our platform for two bespoke AI products, built and operated per customer: Loop (conversational feedback intake, triage, digests) and Empathy (a sourced profile of a customer's enterprise clients). There is no self-serve plan; both are provisioned by us. Both are in beta : features may change and availability is not guaranteed. AI output is not fact. Summaries, triage labels, digests and profiles are generated by language models and can be incomplete or wrong. They are decision support, and the customer remains responsible for anything decided on their basis. Model inference runs on a third-party provider — see the Privacy Policy for who processes what. Empathy is about organisations, not people. The product is built to hold information about companies; we filter out data that identifies named individuals, and customers must not upload material whose purpose is to profile a person. Where a Loop conversation is shown to a respondent, they are told they are talking to an AI assistant. That disclosure cannot be removed or restyled away, under any theme. 9. Bruncpedia (private beta) Bruncpedia is an AI-written encyclopaedia in private beta . Nothing about it is public, access is granted by us at our discretion and can be withdrawn, and there is no service level of any kind. Entries are generated by a model and, although every claim is tied to a source, they can still be wrong or out of date — do not treat Bruncpedia as a citable source ; follow the sources it gives you. Requesting access stores your email address for that purpose only. 10. Free tools and open source Some of what we publish costs nothing: Prompt Scrub (runs entirely in your browser — we never receive the text you paste), Bruncsoft Connect , Address Cookies , AI teaches ML and our ML form validator. These are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind , under the licence stated in each project. Self-hosted software (such as Connect) runs on your infrastructure, under your control and your responsibility; we do not operate it and cannot see it. Prompt Scrub reduces the risk of leaking personal data into a prompt. It is a statistical model with false negatives and is not GDPR compliance — read what it found before you rely on it. 11. E-shops Our 3D-print e-shop and Battery Exchange sell physical goods on their own terms shown at checkout, including delivery and the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers. 12. Beta features and waitlists Anything marked beta, private beta or “coming” may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn. Joining a waitlist records your email address so we can write to you when the thing exists; it is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. 13. Limitation of Liability Bruncsoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for damage arising from AI output that was relied on without review, nor for free tools and open-source software provided at no charge. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 14. Contact Questions: Privacy Policy Effective date: August 14, 2026 1. Data We Collect We collect personal data in the following cases: Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message. Newsletter — your email address, until you unsubscribe. Waitlists and access requests (Bruncpedia beta, Prompt Scrub updates, product interest) — your email address and which thing you asked about. API and product accounts (BruncForm / Loop / Empathy, the chess prediction API) — your email address, used to sign you in by emailed link and to issue an API key. We store only a hash of the key, never the key itself. Order enquiries from our e-shops — what you asked for and how to reply to you. Content you send into a product — a Loop conversation, a document uploaded to Empathy, a message in the live demo. This is your material; we process it to produce the output you asked for. Prompt Scrub sends us nothing. It runs entirely in your browser: the text you paste never leaves your machine and we never see it. The live AI demo stores no name, no email and no IP address. We also use browser localStorage — see our Cookie Policy . 2. Legal Basis & Purpose Contact enquiries, order enquiries and access requests — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in answering you. Product data is kept for the life of the account and deleted on request. Live-demo conversations are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the demo. 4. Who Else Processes It (subprocessors) We keep this list short on purpose. Today it is: Resend — delivers our transactional email (sign-in links, notifications, digests). It processes the address and the message we send. Groq — runs the AI models behind Loop, Empathy and the live demo. Text you send into those products is transmitted for inference. Hetzner — hosts our server in Germany. Our contact form is delivered by our own mail server, not by a third party. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking services of any kind. 5. Your Rights (GDPR) Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy. They are necessary for certain technical functions and cannot carry viruses or install software. 2. Cookies we use We set no analytics, tracking, advertising or third-party cookies . Ever. There is exactly one cookie, and only if you sign in: a session cookie for the product dashboard on form.bruncsoft.com . It holds a random session identifier and nothing about you, is httpOnly and secure , and is scoped to .bruncsoft.com so signing in works across our subdomains. It is strictly necessary for signing in, so it needs no consent banner. Browsing the public site sets no cookie at all. 3. Local browser storage We use your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your light/dark preference, which blog posts you liked or disliked, and your e-shop cart. This data stays in your own browser; we cannot read it from our side. 4. Legal basis The session cookie is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. localStorage is used on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to improve the user experience. 5.
